A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions, answered.

What happens when I switch conversations?

With automatic switching on, AI Desktop Switcher brings your project’s windows into view on the displays you chose. Conversations in the same project share the same workspace.

Does it read my conversations?

It uses local Codex project and navigation identifiers to find the associated workspace. Conversation content is not used or sent.

Does it work with Claude?

Codex for Mac is supported today. Claude support is planned and appears as an unavailable option in the app.

Do I have to set everything up again?

Your project window arrangements and display choices are saved. Automatic switching starts when your configuration is ready. You can pause and resume it in the app.

Can I use it with just my MacBook?

You need at least two displays. Keep Codex on one display and place your project windows on one or more additional displays.
